We offer virtual appointments to diagnose your system before we jump to having you send it in. Select this option if you would like to book an appointment. Service Terms & Policies
Device Acceptance & Approval
Laptops and mobile devices will be selectively approved at the sole discretion of the technician.
If a submitted device is declined before an appointment is scheduled, the diagnostic fee will be refunded.
Diagnostics & Service Fees
If a device is diagnosed and determined to be outside our scope of repair, you will only be charged for the diagnostics.
If a repair is attempted during a virtual appointment, a service fee will be billed accordingly.
If diagnostics indicate that a mail-in repair is required, the diagnostic fee will not be refunded, as it covers the evaluation process.
All accepted mail-in jobs will have the diagnostic fee waived due to our labor & parts pricing system.
Appointment Scheduling & Adjustments
Customers must have Discord and be available for their appointment.
We reserve the right to adjust your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. If you accept the rescheduled time, it counts as booked. If you decline, you will receive a refund.
If you miss your appointment, regardless of adjustments, no refund will be issued.
Virtual Appointments
Virtual appointments are for diagnostics only.
If a repair can be completed during the session, billing will apply accordingly.
If you are unable or unwilling to pay for the necessary service, we will not perform it.
Mail-In Repairs & Payment
Customers must cover all parts and labor costs in full.
All ordered parts will be disclosed fairly, and payment is required before ordering.
Devices will only be mailed back after full payment has been received.
If payment is not received within 30 days of job completion, a storage fee of $X per week will apply. If unpaid after 60 days, we reserve the right to dispose of the device.
