Rules:

  • Be Respectful

Respect is non-negotiable. Harassment, excessive trolling, discrimination, or acting in bad faith will not be tolerated. Retaliation beyond reason is also forbidden.

  • No Blocking Admins/Moderators

Do not block @Kale (RacermanXtreme) or any server admins. If we cannot contact you, you will be removed from the server. If privacy concerns arise, adjust your DM settings or add an admin.

  • Follow Discord’s Terms of Service & Guidelines

Violations of Discord’s official rules will result in immediate action, including bans if necessary.

  • Zero Tolerance for Discrimination

Any form of discrimination (e.g., race, ethnicity, gender, LGBTQ+, disabilities) will result in swift action, including bans.

  • Responsible Self-Promotion

Do not advertise your own or others’ content unless relevant to an active conversation. Keep it to a minimum. Official RacermanXtreme and AlphaZ_Nerd content is always allowed.

  • No Impersonation

Pretending to be another user, admin, or public figure will result in immediate removal.

  • Use Channels as Intended

Misuse of channels may result in mutes or other corrective actions. Keep conversations relevant to their designated areas.

  • No Harassment

Harassment of any kind, including in DMs, will not be tolerated. This server should be a safe space for all members.

  • Don’t Spam or Ping Staff Excessively

Repeatedly tagging moderators or admins for minor issues may lead to disciplinary action. Use the appropriate support channels instead.

  • Disputing Staff Actions

If you disagree with a staff decision, follow the appeals protocol (posted below)

  • Always follow any policies we issue to address problems within the community.

They will be posted below or on Discord. The Discord posts are valid until the website implements the official version. All rules here on the website are valid unless a Discord message is made to address something.

Our Protocols & Policies

Appeals Protocol

  • If you receive a warning or punishment, you have two options:

  • Accept it and move on.

  • Appeal by following this process:

    • Open a ticket if the ticket system is available, otherwise contact @Kale

    • One ticket per case, one conversation with Kale if tickets are not available. Final decisions will not be changed once made.

    Punishment Protocol

  • A punishment may be issued if an action:

    • Involves discrimination (race, gender, LGBTQ+, etc.).

    • Is offensive or derogatory.

    • Clearly violates the rules and/or policies established.

Multiple rule violations may escalate punishment beyond warnings.

DM & Spam Policy

  • Solicitation, scams, and unwanted promotions in DMs are strictly prohibited. If it’s not official RacermanXtreme or AlphaZ_Nerd content, do not send it.

  • If you wish to DM someone, get their consent first in a public channel (e.g., ⁠main).

  • If you are found DMing members to promote services, art commissions, or anything similar without a genuine friendship first, you will be banned.

  • Sending your YouTube or Twitch to a legit friend is okay, but spamming links or treating the server as a client pool is not.
