The following is the official lore of Jaguar City, from the perspective of characters that are in the fictional RP world living as citizens of Jaguar City and the surrounding regions. It is entirely fictional. For the non-fictional/real-life history of Jaguar City since 2014, there’s an official documentary video available. The Fictional History Of Jaguar City
(Fair Warning: This is lengthy.
Also, when Jaguar City’s flat terrain was converted and surrounding cities were started, it became known as Jaguar City, USA)
🏙️ Jaguar City, Kansas
“Built flat. Runs deep.”
Jaguar City is a large, grid-based city located in the heart of the Great Plains of Kansas. Founded in 1939 as a small farming village, it has since grown into a major regional hub known for its unique architecture, educational institutions, and as the global headquarters of the Jaguar Company, one of the most powerful tech conglomerates in the world.
Despite its size and status, Jaguar City retains a grounded character shaped by its flat terrain, modular construction, and community-led design philosophy.
🧱 Geography and Layout
Jaguar City is built entirely on flat land, which has allowed for a highly structured grid-based road network. The city is divided into several major districts:
Central – The historic and civic heart of the city. It contains the Jaguar Company’s twin World Headquarters buildings, city records, and legacy infrastructure.
Inner North – The most recent area of major expansion, known for its modern skyline and grid-like planning.
Inner East – A business and industrial zone that merges with Central.
Inner West – A residential sector known for its varied-yet-consistent housing style.
Inner South – A mixed-use area with older housing, parks, and schools.
Outer Districts – Outlying areas with farms, transit systems, and undeveloped space for future growth.
🏘️ Architecture
Residential architecture in Jaguar City follows a shared aesthetic rooted in terracotta, stone, concrete, and brick. While the materials remain consistent, no two homes are alike—builders are encouraged to experiment with layout, scale, and detail.
The result is a neighborhood style often described as “organized diversity”—recognizably unified without becoming repetitive.
🏢 The Jaguar Company
The Jaguar Company is a trillion-dollar multinational based in Jaguar City. It was founded in the late 1980s by the father of CKS Jaguar, named after his son, who was born in 1980.
Originally a mining operation, the company rapidly expanded:
1990 – Entered the database and storage systems sector.
1995 – Expanded into computing and automation.
1999 – Opened its first global headquarters (JCWHQ Old) in Central, constructed with quartz and sea lantern.
2004 – Completed the newer JCWHQ New, a massive terracotta megastructure built nearby, also in Central, making both buildings prominent features of the city's skyline.
Both headquarters remain operational and serve as symbolic and functional anchors of Jaguar City's development.
🎓 Education
Jaguar City University (JCU) is located in the west side of the city, serving as the region’s leading institution in both conventional and advanced Minecraft-based disciplines:
Redstone Engineering
Command Block Logic
Agricultural Sciences
Combat and PvP Strategy
World Generation Theory
The campus is constructed primarily of concrete, with departments color-coded for clarity and navigation.
🚇 Transportation
Jaguar City’s infrastructure includes:
A fully connected grid road system.
The SkyLoop, a city-circling elevated minecart line. (editor’s note: this sounds dope)
The JagLine, a dedicated underground rail line linking corporate and civic structures across Central. (editor’s note: this sounds dope)
🐾 Symbols and Identity
City Mascot: The Redstone Jaguar, a kinetic statue near O'Mott Farm in Central.
Motto: "Built flat. Runs deep."
Design Culture: Structured creativity; freedom within a framework.
📌 Notes from a Local
"It’s a place where every block matters. Whether you're coding a redstone clock, building a library, or placing a flower pot on a porch, it all fits into the big picture."
